Job summary

Pomona College is seeking an Interim Director for the Pomona Plan to provide strategic, technical, and operational support for the flagship life-income program. The role is full-time and benefits-eligible for approximately six months, with potential to become regular.

Responsibilities include advising on gift annuities, CRTs, and legacy gifts, and overseeing gift calculations, processing, tax letters, and beneficiary communications to maintain compliance and fiduciary excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in tax, estate, or financial planning is required.
• Credentials such as J.D., CFP, CPA, or CSPG are preferred.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent in tax, estate, or financial planning, with credentials such as J.D., CFP, CPA, or CSPG.
• Seven to ten years of planned giving experience at a major institution, including soliciting and stewarding life-income gifts.
