Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid state RN nursing license.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in a senior nursing leadership role in long-term care or similar setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance nursing practices.
- Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
- Set high standards to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
