AVIR Health Group is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to join our family and lead clinical excellence. The DON will be responsible for the overall clinical management of the facility and will build a high-performing team and culture focused on residents and families.

This role requires a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas RN License.

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare facilities.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register and state regulations.

Qualifications for Interim Director of Nursing (DON)

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
