Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions seeks an Interim Leader to guide patient care teams at Medical City Fort Worth. The role centers on strategic oversight of nursing practice, staff development, and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care across transitions to home or community settings.

The Director will collaborate with medical staff and leaders to optimize outcomes, leveraging creative leadership to support nurse managers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.
• Licensure in the state of placement will be required; Compact Licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Leader assumes responsibility for care of patients as they move through the areas of responsibility and into the home or other level of care in the community.
• Provides leadership and support to nurse manager(s) using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care.
• The Director works with medical staff and other health care professionals collaboratively.
