Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Interim Leader at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate, FL. Minimum five years of related experience with at least three years in a director or manager role, and licensure in the state of placement are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager Level.
• Licensure in the state of placement required.
• Compact Licensure preferred; with the ability to obtain licensure in other states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nurse managers to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee patient care as patients move through the areas of responsibility and into the home or other level of care in the community.
• Collaborate with medical staff and other health care professionals.
