HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Interim Leader to drive patient care continuity in Riverside, CA. The role requires guiding care pathways as patients transition through hospital settings to home or community care, while coordinating with nurse managers and medical staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality outcomes.

Candidates should have 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in senior management, and hold a state license with compact licensure preferred enabling

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in related field with at least 3 years strong management experience at the Director or Manager level.
• Licensure in the state of placement required; Compact Licensure preferred with ability to obtain licensure in other states.

Responsabilidades

• The Leader assumes responsibility for care of patients as they move through the areas of responsibility and into the home or other level of care in the community.
• Provides leadership and support to nurse manager(s) using creative leadership to ensure best outcomes in high quality compassionate patient care.
• The Director works with medical staff and other health care professionals collaboratively.
