The candidate should bring strong CVOR leadership, change management skills, and collaboration with the Director; Virginia RN licensure is required, CNOR preferred, and starting within 2–3 weeks is ideal.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's degree highly preferred.
• Active Virginia RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact state license required.
• Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for CVOR during leadership transition.
• Oversee approximately 25 FTEs and daily CVOR operations.
• Drive quality, clinical outcomes, and improvements in people, processes, and systems.
