Job summary

PSG Global Solutions seeks a Chief Technology Officer to define and execute the company’s AI-first technology strategy. You will lead enterprise technology, data, cybersecurity, and innovation, and align technology with client outcomes and business goals.

You will build scalable AI products, govern responsible AI, and partner with executives to drive growth and efficiency across global operations.

Qualifications

Significant executive leadership experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product innovation, or enterprise architecture.
Proven success taking AI and automation solutions from pilot through enterprise-scale adoption.
Experience with generative AI, voice AI, agentic automation, cloud platforms, integrations, data architecture, and cybersecurity.
Experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, BPO, healthcare services, or another technology-enabled service industry is preferred.
Proven ability to lead global teams, manage significant investments, and communicate effectively with clients, executives, and boards.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and evolution of PSG’s AI-first operating model.
Translate enterprise strategy into executable technology, product, data, and automation roadmaps.
Direct development and evolution of Anna AI, PSG’s production-grade generative voice AI platform.
Establish responsible-AI standards covering accuracy, bias, privacy, security, and human oversight.
Measure technology investments through productivity, client outcomes, revenue, and ROI.
Oversee enterprise platforms, cloud environment, and technology services; ensure security and reliability.
