Job summary

AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith is seeking an Interim Intermediate Critical Care Stepdown Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The role provides operational and clinical leadership for a critical care intermediate stepdown unit, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and staff engagement. The candidate will report to the Director of Clinical Care and will lead staffing, budgeting, and governance efforts while aligning with Pathway to Excellence and Magnet standards.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active NV RN license and/or willingness to apply.
• Minimum of two years of recent (within the last five years) documented critical care experience.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisor, lead, or clinical program role.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate staffing levels to meet organizational goals.
• Participate in unit budget development.
• Monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
