Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking an Interim Controller for a growing manufacturing client in Minnesota. The role offers hands-on leadership across accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls, all on a 100% onsite basis.

This highly visible position partners directly with executive leadership to improve processes, drive financial performance, and support key business decisions.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience
• Previous Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller experience
• Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls background
• ERP experience and process improvement mindset
