Highspring (formerly known as Focus Search Partners) has been engaged with a new Private Equity client and they are in search of an interim CFO for a $125M Manufacturing business.

This is a REMOTE first role with weekly cadence to be on site near Ft. Meyers, Florida. Our Interim CFO will oversee both accounting and finance, with a heavier hand in helping build the controllership foundation as well as partner with CEO and PE sponsor.

Candidate Experience Requirements & Engagement Details :

• Track record of success as a sitting Hands-on CFO for PE-owned manufacturing business with revenues of $100-$300M.
• Experience with cost accounting
• Experience managing the accounting and FP&A function.
• Board Reporting and strategic partner to CEO
• Prior experience working with private equity backed companies with direct line of communication to the sponsor.
• Willingness to travel and be on site 3 days a week in Florida.
• Available immediately and willing to commit to a 3-6 month engagement.
