Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions: AP/AR, cash management, tax, GL, and payroll.
• Maintain relationships with banks, attorneys, auditors, investment managers, insurance carriers, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate with Lovers Lane business office and attend Finance Committee and Board meetings to provide financial reporting.
• Serve as a senior administrator on the School Leadership Team.
• Oversee planning, control, accounting, and reporting of income, expenses, and contributed/invested funds.

This consulting resource will step into an opportunity that is available due to an upcoming retirement and manage the school's resources in alignment with its mission. You will oversee all planning, control, accounting, and reporting of income, expenses, and contributed and invested funds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day accounting functions: AP/AR, Cash Management, Tax, General Ledger entries, and Payroll.
• Maintain professional relationships with the school's banks, attorneys, auditors, investment managers, insurance carriers, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain professional relationships with the Lovers Lane business office.
• Attend all Finance Committee meetings, select Board of Trustees meetings, and ad hoc committees (finance/compensation) to provide full, accurate, and complete financial and management information to assist the Board with fiduciary responsibilities.
• Serve as a senior administrator on the School Leadership Team.
