Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing people and leading diverse teams.
• Experience in private, public or nonprofit sectors.
• Senior leadership in workforce, economic, community development.
• Leadership of complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Proven strategic planning, policy engagement, and external advocacy.
• Ability to work with Boards and senior leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication, public speaking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
• Understanding of federal and state workforce development rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and clarity of vision for Kinexus Group and subsidiaries.
• Lead governance with the Board and executive teams to ensure governance accuracy.
• Represent Kinexus Group with government, industry partners, and communities.
• Oversee enterprise-wide strategy, performance, and integration.
• Ensure financial stewardship and budget oversight across the enterprise.
• Foster an inclusive culture and develop leadership across the organization.
• Drive measurable community and workforce development outcomes.
