Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; doctoral degree strongly preferred.
• Background in nurse executive leadership with business administration, nonprofit management, or related field experience.
• Certification in Association Management (e.g., CAE) required; obtain certification within one cycle if not already credentialed.
• Proven senior executive leadership of a complex nonprofit or global organization with multi-entity governance.
• Expertise in nonprofit governance, accreditation standards, and international regulatory compliance.
• Advanced financial skills in budgeting, forecasting, reserves management, and long-term planning.
• Proven ability to build healthy, high-performing cultures, teams, and cultivate talent.
• Experience leading organizations through restructuring and transformation.
• International leadership experience in cross-cultural communication and global partnerships.
