Job summary

AMN Healthcare Leadership Solutions | B.E. Smith seeks an Interim Cath Lab Manager in Rockford, Illinois. This hands-on leader will stabilize Cath Lab operations, oversee ~30 FTEs, and drive workflow and culture improvements.

The role requires RN or Cath Lab technologist background, licensure or RCIS credentials as applicable, and extensive Cath Lab leadership experience. Start within 2–3 weeks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active RN or Cath Lab technologist background required.
• RN license or RCIS credential required depending on professional background.
• Significant Cath Lab operational leadership experience including workflow redesign, throughput, scheduling, volume growth, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on operational leadership to stabilize Cath Lab operations and drive meaningful workflow improvements.
• Oversee approximately 30 FTEs and manage staffing, scheduling, and throughput.
• Drive improvements in room turnover, pre/post patient flow, scheduling practices, and overall efficiency.
• Set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and collaborate with leadership to improve performance.
