Trinity Health FirstChoice seeks an Interim Cath Lab/IR, RN Manager for a valuable travel assignment. This role is critical for maintaining high standards of care while adapting to various healthcare environments across the country.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License in Pennsylvania required.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years management experience in Cath Lab and IR.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certifications are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in the Cath Lab/IR department as an Interim Manager.
• Coordinate patient care and operational effectiveness within the department.
• Travel to various facility locations as required.

FirstChoice Leaders fill vital interim leadership roles across our nationwide healthcare system, providing support where it's needed most.

LOCATION: Saint Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA

WEEKS: 13 Weeks with option to extend

HOURS: 40 Hours

Pay: $3200.00 Gross weekly plus $1300.00 stipend for travel if live 60+ miles from facility.

What You Will Need

• Current Registered Nurse License to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
• BSN, preferred.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of management experience in Cath Lab and IR.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• American Heart Association ACLS Certification.
  
  

Skills And Abilities Required

• Clinical leadership skills with the ability to use knowledge and methods of working with/through people in performing day to day job functions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with other hospital employees, physicians, and guests in a helpful, courteous manner.
• Competent to provide care within the Cardiology/Radiology Departments to the population described in the Scope of Services.
