Qualifications

• Successful Athletic Director experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with coaches and administrators to develop a comprehensive athletic program.
• Working knowledge of OHSAA rules and regulations.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Completion of BCI/FBI background check.
• Current Ohio Administrative License preferred.
• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with educator evaluation systems preferred.
