Nordstrom Inc. is seeking an Assistant Sales Department Manager in Edison, New Jersey to lead a dynamic team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train and motivate staff, execute business plans to meet department targets, coach on service standards, and collaborate with leadership on merchandising and inventory. A fast-paced, commission-based role offering growth opportunities.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $48,000.00 - $64,000.00 Annual At Nordstrom, the commission most selling employees receive varies based on the merchandise they sell. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Mens Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%.
