Job summary

Oracle is seeking a System Engineer - FSI to oversee interface projects, provide expert troubleshooting, and mentor teams. The role emphasizes maintaining interface architecture and delivering client-focused solutions within a healthcare tech environment.

The position involves collaboration across teams, presentations, and adherence to security policies while supporting project milestones and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years progressive experience or Master’s with 3 years experience.
• Healthcare, sciences, or information systems background with emphasis in IS and 3 years programming.
• Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed.
• Must have either SQL or CCL experience.
• HL7 certification preferred, some experience required.
• Must have either clinical or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interface project progress to assess risk and ensure quality.
• Provide high level solution functionality and troubleshooting support to clients.
• Mentor associates working with interfaces.
• Maintain integrity of interface architecture.
• Develop and deliver presentations in varied group settings.
• Communicate and share knowledge within and across teams.
• Provide technical mentoring to team members.
• Understand dependencies and impact on broader vision.
