Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation seeks an Interface Manager for the SRP Salt River Pump Storage Project to coordinate interfaces across four prime contracts and Owner-furnished equipment, ensuring seamless integration through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering and 10–15 years of experience in large infrastructure or power projects with electromechanical integration, multi-contract EPC experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
10–15 years in large infrastructure or power projects with electromechanical integration.
5+ years in interface management roles.
Experience with hydropower or pumped storage projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP) and Interface Register.
Coordinate technical, contractual, and schedule interfaces across four prime contracts.
Clarify scope boundaries, support resolution of interface disputes, and assist claims analysis.
Ensure alignment of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules.
Coordinate commissioning interfaces including SCADA and control system integration.
