Job summary

Pacifico Energy is seeking an Interface Coordinator for Cedar Creek, a 1,100 MW gas turbine project, to own the boundaries between the engineering team, the EPC contractor, OEM, data center customer and owner’s team.

You will drive interface information exchange, coordinate meetings, track deliverables, escalate risks, and ensure timely closure across design, construction and commissioning. The role demands a strong technical foundation and a track record of cross-organizational collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years coordinating interfaces on large capital projects.
• Technical background sufficient to understand what is being exchanged.
• Demonstrated persistence chasing information across organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the interface register across all project boundaries.
• Drive interface information exchange and flag late deliverables.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with the customer and third parties.
• Run interface meetings and record agreements.
• Escalate unresolved interface risk to the Project Engineering Manager.
• Track interface closure through design, construction and commissioning.

Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project with an EPC contractor, an OEM, a data center customer and an owner's team all working to the same date. As Interface Coordinator you own the boundaries between them and make sure nothing falls through the gaps.
