Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree and a CPE unit preferred.
  • 6 months to 1 year of clinical health/mental health experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform spiritual assessment and provide spiritual care interventions.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and hospital committees.
  • Respond promptly to requests for spiritual care services.
  • Provide worship, rituals, and sacramental support as needed.
  • Deliver spiritual care education to hospital staff and community.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports using EMR templates.
  • Engage in quality assurance activities and policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with community clergy and spiritual leaders.
