Clearance Required: TS/SCI with polyServes as the Communications/Network Engineering Team Leader, including overall leadership responsibility for Communications/Networks Engineers. Resolves complex network problems, operate network analyzers, WAN test equipment and network simulators. Supports and provides site personnel training on network fundamentals and specific network hardware. Performs network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing networks. Analyzes network
characteristics (e.g. traffic connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes and throughput), troubleshoots
problems and recommends procurement of and/or modifications to network components. Possess advanced written and verbal communications skills. Serves as the single point of contact for all complex Networking requirements. Assists other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of
recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols.
