Job summary

Hawaiian Electric is seeking a Customer Energy Resources Coordinator to administer and coordinate the CER programs across Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island. The role handles interconnection applications end-to-end, ensuring timely processing and policy compliance.

You will work with multiple departments, maintain documentation, and support program content updates while delivering reliable service to customers and contractors in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualifications

• 4-year ABET-accredited degree.
• Distributed Generation administration experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CIS-SAP databases.
• Familiarity with tariffs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong customer service and document handling.

Responsibilities

• Process and document interconnection applications from start to finish.
• Coordinate technical requirements and review compliance.
• Support training material development and QA measures.
• Collaborate with Field Services and others to enforce policy.
• Draft customer correspondence and update program content.
• Participate in Company emergency response activities.
