Job summary

Impellam Group is seeking an Interconnection Coordinator to support our interconnection team. This remote role with quarterly travel to US sites coordinates submittals and deliverables with TOs and PPA clients, reviews agreements, and tracks due dates while providing routine reporting.

You will interface with corporate office and Construction Site Teams, act as SME on Unifier, and ensure alignment with project milestones and critical paths.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and contract review for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Review all Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements, and develop lists of deliverables for Interconnection Specialist review
• Import deliverables into project controls software for action and tracking
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting of Interconnect submittal status and critical path to meet PPA and IA dates
• Prepare reports and meeting follow-up on GIA Interconnection Dashboard meetings with Transmission Services
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Unifier (Oracle-based project controls software) GIA/PPA agreement task imports and updates
• Participate in weekly meetings with Transmission Services regarding GIA status
• Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks in support of team success

We are a leading energy company seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our interconnection team.

Role summary / purpose

The Interconnection Coordinator will work with corporate office and Construction Site Teams to coordinate submittals and interconnect deliverables with Transmission Owners and Operators (TO) and Power Purchasing Agreement Clients (PPA). This position is responsible for reviewing agreements, creating comprehensive deliverable lists, tracking due dates and submittals, and providing routine reporting to affected parties.

Key responsibilities

• Review all Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements, and develop lists of deliverables for Interconnection Specialist review

Requirements - education & experience

Professional experience with project management and contract review, with emphasis on infrastructure work.

Required skills

• Understanding of legal terminology
• Organizational skills to manage high-priority project deliverables

Remote position based from home with travel required 2 times per quarter to specific sites or offices in the US. Average work scope includes 40-50 projects per year.
