Job summary

Dahl Consulting is seeking an SPC Supply Chain Analyst in Forest City, IA to support intercompany orders and inventory coordination in a global healthcare environment. You will manage international orders, investigate shipment issues, and contribute to reporting across demand planning, inventory, and finance while using SAP ERP, JDA, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, order management or customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, JDA or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within procedures

Responsibilities

• Manage international intercompany orders between internal plants and distribution centers, including order entry, inquiries, change requests, and exceptions.
• Investigate order status and resolve shipment discrepancies, backorders, and other order-related issues.
• Manage reporting processes related to demand planning, order management, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Follow established procedures across supply chain functions, including supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory and materials control, and import/export activities.
• Utilize tracking systems to monitor progress and report results.
• Analyze information, review variables, draw conclusions, and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Work independently within defined processes and priorities established by management.
• Share relevant knowledge and best practices within the work group.
