Financial in Boston seeks an Interactive Marketing Consultant to join the CRM/Digital Marketing team. You will design and manage tailored B2B and B2C campaigns and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to test and implement new ideas.
The role focuses on data‑driven campaigns across email, direct mail, mobile and SMS, driving engagement and conversions from first touch to sale. A minimum of 3 years marketing experience and 1 year with marketing automation or CRM platforms is required.

The Team
The Customer Relationship Management team, part of the Customer Engagement & Activation Team at Financial, is primarily located in the innovation hub of Boston – The Seaport District.
The Digital Marketing Consultant manages B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to create dynamic, personalized direct marketing communications. They leverage data-driven insights on customer behaviors, needs, and preferences to create relevant audience-first experiences. This work supports the marketing funnel from engagement to sales conversion, aligning with various distribution channels and their objectives.
Manages direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for the Customer Relationship Management digital marketing team, primarily via email, direct mail, mobile, and SMS.
Creates testing plans and prioritizes the most significant opportunities and efficiencies across campaigns. Analyzes campaign results and provides actionable recommendations, optimizing marketing campaigns and workflows based on performance.
Works cross-functionally with various teams including Distribution Marketing Partners, internal Creative teams, Marketing Data & Analytics, Martech, and various development teams to activate, maintain, and innovate campaign activations and technical processes.
Develops marketing campaigns in accordance with email best practices and CRM team SOPs to ensure alignment with project objectives, accurate tracking and reporting of performance, and proper functioning of all response channels.
Contributes to continuous review of capabilities roadmap, process improvements in campaign development, quality control, database analysis, etc.
