Benchmark Education Company in New Rochelle, NY is seeking a Product Manager, Interactive Content to guide the transformation of content into engaging, instructional digital formats. You will work with content developers, designers, and platform teams to ensure interactive solutions enhance teacher instruction and student learning.

The role requires 3–5 years in K-8 edtech product management, a deep understanding of literacy instruction, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product management in the K-8 edtech space.
• Understanding of the needs of teachers, administrators, parents/caregivers and students.
• Familiarity with Pre-K–6 literacy instruction and digital solutions that support it.
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Intake and prioritize new digital content design projects, defining the best interactive format for the content.
• Work side-by-side with Digital Designers to prototype content in a clear, engaging manner.
• Work closely with Platform Product Managers to understand the existing applications used for multiple curriculum products.
• Clearly communicate the details of completed, in progress, and planned work.
• Track and document stakeholder feedback and team decisions.
• Represent the user in stakeholder conversations, communicating and identifying clear ways o representing content digitally.
