Job summary

MiQ in Chicago seeks a Creative Developer to lead build excellence for North American client projects and to collaborate with the creative manager on new features and process improvements. You will create dynamic HTML5 ads, animate assets, and tailor campaigns for CTV, OLV, YouTube, social, DOOH and display platforms.

Required 2+ years in digital media production, strong HTML/CSS/JS skills, and a robust portfolio. Hybrid work environment offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital media production or relevant digital experience.
• Experience in web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital development skills.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and working knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder.
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect HTML5 advertisements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom, dynamic and interactive advertisement builds, including asset exporting, animation conceptualization and reformatting.
• Animate HTML5 advertisements based on design files and storyboards provided by client or internal design team.
• Develop advertisements for CTV, OLV, YouTube, Social, DOOH, and display channels.
• Optimize advertisements to meet specifications regarding KB size and animation loops for agnostic trading requirements.
