• Experience with designing camera or creation products, AI/generative, or high complexity consumer products/applications.

This role will sit with ACE’s GenAI team and is focused on inventing the future of creation. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and refine feature experiences for generative AI creation on YouTube.
• Work with UXR to understand and anticipate user trends and needs and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across YouTube to contribute to product design principles and guidelines for genAI.
• Build cross-functional alignment between ACE genAI workstreams and partner teams across YouTube (e.g., YouTube Shorts, YouTube Create, etc).
• Maintain an active line into other generative work and Cross-product-area initiatives across Google, exploring opportunities for collaboration or knowledge share.
