A leading company is looking for a Remote Interaction Design Architect to create engaging user interactions across digital platforms. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive user flows and partner with UX researchers and product managers to ensure functional and delightful user experiences. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience in interaction design.
As a Remote Interaction Design Architect, you will lead the creation of intuitive, elegant, and engaging user interactions across digital platforms. You will shape user flows, system behaviors, and interface structures to ensure that products deliver seamless and meaningful experiences. Drawing from user research, system logic, and design principles, you'll partner with UX researchers, product managers, visual designers, and engineers to architect digital solutions that are not only functional but also delightful.
You'll act as a key contributor to product vision and UX strategy, often bridging high-level business goals with detailed interaction models. This role is best suited for a seasoned UX professional with a systems-thinking mindset, deep interaction design expertise, and a track record of leading complex or enterprise-level digital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that support user goals and product functionality
Define interface behaviors and patterns, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms and devices
Lead information architecture, interaction patterns, and component modeling across product ecosystems
Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and visual designers to translate concepts into production-ready designs
Conduct heuristic evaluations and contribute to usability testing efforts to validate interaction decisions
Contribute to or lead the development of design systems, pattern libraries, and interaction standards
Translate research findings, usage data, and business requirements into actionable design strategies
Communicate design rationale and interaction principles to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Stay ahead of interaction design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies
Mentor junior designers and support design operations with scalable practices and frameworks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, UX Design, or related discipline
2 years of experience designing user interactions for complex digital products, systems, or services
Expertise in tools like Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent interaction design and prototyping platforms
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), cognitive psychology, and usability heuristics
Demonstrated experience creating workflows, decision trees, wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction maps
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Experience working in Agile or iterative product development environments.
