Job summary

Bandit Equipment is seeking an Inventory Transfer Coordinator in Remus, MI to manage inter-plant parts transfers. This role serves as the primary contact for processing requests from 1720, locating and picking inventory, staging materials for shipment, and completing transfer transactions accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma with experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori, and a background in warehouse or inventory handling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Warehouse, inventory or material handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock transfer POs from designated plants.
• Review transfer requests for accuracy and inventory availability.
• Locate, pick, verify, and stage parts for transfer.
• Process transfer transactions in SAP and other inventory systems.
• Coordinate material transfers between facilities and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper transaction processing.
