Pay: $15/hour

What You'll Do

You will drive rental vehicles between on the road, to/from our various rental locations, maintenance facilities, and other lots under the direction of management, following our processes and driving our cars safely.

As a Pick Your Shift employee, you will begin with a scheduled, paid onboarding session to meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group. During onboarding, you will complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments to support your success. After onboarding and training, you will be ready to start selecting shifts that work best for you.
