Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring an Airport Fleet Driver / Transporter in Hawaii. You pick your shifts with the Pick Your Shift program and earn $15/hr. No experience is required, and onboarding is paid.

You will drive vehicles around airport lots, assist with check-in, car wash prep, and rental readiness, while following company processes and safety guidelines. Onboarding includes online learning and in-person skill assessments, after which you can select shifts that fit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• Ability to enter/exit/sit and drive a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Avis Budget Group vehicles around airport lots and assist with check-in, car wash, and prep for rental.
• Participate in onboarding, complete role-specific online learning and in-person skill assessments.
• Select shifts through the Pick Your Shift system once trained.

What You’ll Do

You will drive our vehicles around our airport lots, depending on the location, from customer check‑in, car wash, spaces ready for our customers to rent, maintenance and other lots as directed, all while following our processes and driving our cars safely.

As a Pick Your Shift employee, you'll begin with a scheduled, paid onboarding session where you'll meet the team and get introduced to Avis Budget Group. During your onboarding, you will complete role‑specific online learning and in‑person skill assessments, giving you the tools to be successful in your role. Once you've completed onboarding and training, you'll be ready to start selecting the shifts that work best for you.
