Qualifications

• Valid California driver's license; current automobile insurance; clean driving record; vehicle available during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy in clinic, school, community and client's home.
• Work within a team to assess and link families to needed community services.
• Coordinate all services the client receives and document per DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.
• Collaborate with DCFS, DMH and other agencies; maintain ethical boundaries and professional conduct.
