Job summary

Penny Lane Centers is seeking an Intensive Services Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy across clinic, school, community, and client’s home in Commerce, CA. The role involves teamwork within Wraparound, FSP and IFCCS, coordinating services and documenting all activities per DMH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field (MFT, MSW, LPCC) required.
• Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written skillset).
• Valid California driver’s license; automobile insurance; access to vehicle during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy in clinic, school, community and client’s home.
• Work within a team to provide intensive mental health services to Wraparound, FSP and IFCCS referrals.
• Assess and link families to community services and coordinate all services received.
• Document services according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.
• Maintain professional boundaries and collaborate with external agencies.
