Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist II or III in Everett, Washington, for an intensive outpatient program. The therapist will provide individual and community-based counseling services, manage cases, and conduct assessments. This role requires a Master’s degree and full licensure in Washington State.

Qualifications

• Must have full State licensure by the Washington State Department of Health.
• Candidates should accurately diagnose mental health issues and develop treatment plans.
• Understanding of chemical dependency as it relates to behavioral health clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and referrals for psychiatric services.
• Conduct individual counseling and lead group therapy sessions.
• Assist in clinical chart reviews and coordinate with treatment providers.
