Job summary

Counseling + Recovery Services seeks a High Intensity Therapist to deliver intensive behavioral health services to individuals with acute symptoms, high suicide risk, or significant impairment. You will build comprehensive treatment plans, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) or active licensure candidacy.
• Knowledge of suicide risk assessments, safety planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive behavioral health services to adults, children, and families as assigned.
• Contribute to planning and promotion of community mental health programs.
• Direct psychotherapy and treatment planning with minimum weekly hours.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation to meet requirements.
• Attend staff and clinical meetings monthly.
• Deliver ongoing treatment and complete required documentation and plans.
• Engage in quality assurance/quality improvement activities.
