What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, including prospecting and contract negotiation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in key verticals
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through strategic networking and relationship development
- Engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders to uncover business needs and align solutions with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of client solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in BPO, ECM, BPM, RPA, or related fields
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments
- Deep understanding of digital transformation, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation
- Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex procurement processes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA or equivalent business experience
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, for managing pipeline and forecasting accuracy
