Sibylline is seeking an Intelligence Analyst Team Lead to guide embedded analysts supporting a global entertainment client. You will oversee daily operations, allocate workloads, and ensure high-quality intelligence products are produced on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security studies, international relations, criminal justice or related field; master’s preferred.
• 4+ years in security, intelligence, crisis response, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of leadership or team-lead experience.
• Experience reviewing analytical products for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of embedded intelligence analysts and coordinate workloads.
• Ensure timely delivery of intelligence products, alerts, and reports.
• Review intelligence products for accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
• Coordinate incident response and crisis management activities.
• Coach analysts and support team development and training.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process improvements.
