Job summary

Iron EagleX (IEX) seeks an Intelligence System Integrator – MID to support the Digital-ISR program at USSOCOM, based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida. The role requires DoW TS/SCI clearance, five+ years of intelligence experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

You will work on-site five days a week, collaborating with analysts to integrate data science methods, generate insights, and communicate results to stakeholders in dynamic environments.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

The Intelligence System Integrator – MID will support the Digital-ISR program and Intelligence Data Science Team at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

JOB DUTIES (INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)

• Independently create marketing material, documentation, and communication products that support intelligence capabilities.
• Engage intelligence communities, gather feedback, and analyze cultural and political dynamics to strengthen trust and rapport.
• Collaborate with Intelligence Analysts on data integration and visualization while applying data science methodologies to identify trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication, networking, and community-engagement skills.
• Baseline understanding of software development to support integration and workflow improvement.
• At least five years of experience in the Special Operations intelligence community performing similar work.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Clearance: Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Experience: 5+ years of related intelligence experience, Special Operations Intelligence experience preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a computer science discipline or related field required.
• Certifications: None required; proficiency in Microsoft tools and Agile methodologies preferred.
• Role requirements: 5 days on-site
• Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role

The likely salary range for this position is $119,850 - $162,150. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
