Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks an Intelligence Research Specialist in St. Paul, MN to evaluate complex intelligence matters, integrate data from multiple sources, and develop sound conclusions for briefing to government leadership.

The ideal candidate holds US citizenship, a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 8+ years of analytical experience and 3+ years of finished intelligence products and 2+ years of briefings.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, national security, homeland security, criminal justice, international affairs, political science, data or intelligence analysis, or related field
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 12 years of directly relevant professional intelligence or analytical experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible analytical experience in intelligence or related work
• Minimum of three (3) years authoring finished intelligence or comparable analytical products
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience delivering analytical briefings
• Ability to work independently and exercise independent judgement
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech
• Experience with Microsoft tools and analytical software (i2, Penlink, Palantir)

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Intelligence Research Specialist in St. Paul, MN.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate complex and sensitive intelligence matters, * integrate information from multiple classified and unclassified sources, * apply established analytical methodologies, * develop supportable conclusions, * author intelligence or comparable formal analytical products * communicate and brief findings to operational, program, and senior Government audiences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• US Citizen
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, national security, homeland security, criminal justice, international affairs, political science, data or intelligence analysis, or another discipline directly related to the work required
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four additional years (total of 12 years) of directly relevant professional intelligence or analytical experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience performing intelligence research, all-source intelligence analysis, law enforcement intelligence analysis, national security analysis, homeland security analysis, border security analysis, transnational organized crime analysis, operational intelligence support, or other directly related mission-oriented analytical work.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience authoring finished intelligence or comparable formal analytical products, including intelligence assessments, threat assessments, analytical reports, intelligence summaries, operational analysis, specialized studies, strategic or tactical assessments, or comparable written analytical products
• Minimum of two years of experience preparing or delivering analytical briefings
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate independent judgement
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats
• Experience with Microsoft Software tools, as well as analytical tools ( i2, Penlink, Palantir etc)
• Position is located in St. Paul, MN.
