Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking an Intelligence Research Specialist in St. Paul, MN to evaluate complex intelligence matters and integrate sources from multiple classified and unclassified streams.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance with eligibility, a bachelor's in a related field, and at least 8 years of analytical experience including published intelligence products. The role requires independent judgment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, national security, homeland security, criminal justice, international affairs, political science, data or intelligence analysis, or related field.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years (total of 12) of directly relevant professional intelligence or analytical experience.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience authoring finished intelligence or comparable formal analytical products.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience preparing or delivering analytical briefings.
• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate independent judgment.
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats.
• Experience with Microsoft Software tools, and analytical tools (i2, PenLink, Palantir).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• author intelligence or comparable formal analytical products
• communicate and brief findings to operational, program, and senior Government audiences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree in intelligence studies, national security, homeland security, criminal justice, international affairs, political science, data or intelligence analysis, or another discipline directly related to the work required
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, four additional years (total of 12 years) of directly relevant professional intelligence or analytical experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience performing intelligence research, all-source intelligence analysis, law enforcement intelligence analysis, national security analysis, homeland security analysis, border security analysis, transnational organized crime analysis, operational intelligence support, or other directly related mission-oriented analytical work.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience authoring finished intelligence or comparable formal analytical products, including intelligence assessments, threat assessments, analytical reports, intelligence summaries, operational analysis, specialized studies, strategic or tactical assessments, or comparable written analytical products
• Minimum of two years of experience preparing or delivering analytical briefings
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate independent judgement
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats
• Experience with Microsoft Software tools, as well as analytical tools ( i2, Penlink, Palantir etc)
