Job summary

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks an Intelligence Research Specialist in San Diego, CA. The role requires evaluating complex intelligence matters, integrating sources, and producing analytical products for senior government audiences.

Qualified candidates will have a TS clearance or SCI eligibility, 8+ years of analytical work, and 3+ years of authored intelligence reports. Proficiency with i2, PenLink, Palantir, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible analytical experience in intelligence or related mission areas.
• Three years of experience authoring finished intelligence or analytical products.
• Two years of experience delivering analytical briefings.
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Intelligence Research Specialist in San Diego, CA.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate complex and sensitive intelligence matters,
• integrate information from multiple classified and unclassified sources,
• apply established analytical methodologies,
• develop supportable conclusions,
• author intelligence or comparable formal analytical products
• communicate and brief findings to operational, program, and senior Government audiences.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Top Secret Clearance with SCI or SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, national security, homeland security, criminal justice, international affairs, political science, data or intelligence analysis, or another discipline directly related to the work required
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four additional years (total of 12 years) of directly relevant professional intelligence or analytical experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional analytical experience performing intelligence research, all-source intelligence analysis, law enforcement intelligence analysis, national security analysis, homeland security analysis, border security analysis, transnational organized crime analysis, operational intelligence support, or other directly related mission-oriented analytical work.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience authoring finished intelligence or comparable formal analytical products, including intelligence assessments, threat assessments, analytical reports, intelligence summaries, operational analysis, specialized studies, strategic or tactical assessments, or comparable written analytical products
• Minimum of two years of experience preparing or delivering analytical briefings
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate independent judgement
• Ability to communicate in both written and oral formats
• Experience with Microsoft Software tools, as well as analytical tools ( i2, Penlink, Palantir etc)

Position is located in San Diego, CA.
