Job summary

Celestar, a B&A company, seeks an Intelligence Oversight (IO) Analyst - Mid-Level to join our team in Arlington, VA, supporting the National Guard Bureau/J2. The IO Analyst provides support as an IO Trainer and will travel to states to assist with Staff Assistance Visits, IO Inspections, and IO Training.

The ideal candidate has a background in Intelligence Oversight with experience supporting DoD policy; must hold an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; duties include briefing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or HS diploma with 12+ years.
• Active TS clearance with eligibility for SCI.
• Experience authoring and briefing intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Provide IO trainer support to NGB/J2 and States.
• Apply Intelligence Oversight during Domestic Operations.
• Travel to States for Staff Visits and IO Training.
• Serve as SME on IO policy and crisis response.
• Review PUM and DILR requests.
• Coordinate with DoD IO Officials.
