Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks an Intelligence Oversight (IO) Analyst - Mid-Level to join our Arlington, VA team, supporting the National Guard Bureau/J2. The candidate will serve as an IO Trainer for NGB/J2 and State entities, applying IO principles in domestic operations and traveling for Staff Assistance Visits and IO training.

Ideal candidates have a background in IO supporting National Guard or 54 JFHQs, with strong briefing and communication skills, DoD policy knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

• Extensive experience authoring and briefing intelligence products.
• Background in DoD and Services Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with DoD components and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide IO trainer support to the NGB/J2 and States as described.
• Apply Intelligence Oversight during Domestic Operations within the States and Territories.
• Travel to the States to assist with Staff Assistance Visits, IO Inspections and IO Training.
• Serve as SME on IO matters, esp. crisis response scenarios and DoD policy.
• Provide direct IO support to the CNGB and NGB JS.
• Review PUMs and DILR requests.
• Coordinate with DoD IO Officials.
• Prepare information briefings and decision briefings for senior IO leadership.
• Contribute to IO Initial and Annual IO Refresher training.
