This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Intelligence & Analysis (I&A).
This position provides DHS and I&A Leadership with timely intelligence to inform decision-making while acting as a liaison for I&A's integration in the National Security Enterprise. The mission consists of curating intelligence briefings for DHS Leadership and proactively responding to the intelligence requests of executive customers.
Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
You qualify at the GS-09 grade level if you possess one of the following:
NOTE: Only graduate education in excess of the first year may be used to qualify for the GS-09 level.
You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following:
NOTE: Only graduate education in excess of the first two years may be used to qualify for the GS-11 level.
Specialized Experience:
You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal government or private sector, performing duties such as:
Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.

You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal government or private sector, performing duties such as:

This position is designated as Emergency Essential.
