Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Operations Program Manager to oversee intelligence support operations and supervise contract personnel for the Alabama Department of Corrections. You will ensure operational effectiveness, reporting accuracy, staff development, and continuous improvement of intelligence capabilities.

The role is based at the ADOC Training Center in Birmingham, AL. You will coordinate with the ADOC leadership, manage ITS monitoring, develop training materials, and deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Public Administration, or related field.
• Experience managing intelligence, investigations, corrections, law enforcement, cybersecurity, or technical operations programs.
• Demonstrated supervisory and personnel management experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting correctional, law enforcement, public safety, or government organizations.
• Knowledge of digital forensics, intelligence analysis, and investigative technologies.
• Familiarity with intelligence monitoring systems and data analytics platforms.
• PM/Intelligence/cybersecurity/forensic certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intelligence operations program and supervise supplier-provided personnel.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance management for contract personnel.
• Coordinate corrective actions with ADOC leadership.
• Manage day-to-day intelligence support functions and ensure objectives are met.
• Coordinate with ADOC Intelligence Director on shared control of the Forensics Laboratory.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly intelligence reports.
• Develop executive-level reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Maintain quality control for intelligence reporting and data analysis deliverables.
• Provide advanced training on ITS and related technologies.
