Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) is seeking an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst to conduct advanced PED, reporting, and targeting using open-source and commercial data sources. This senior role requires extensive intelligence experience and collaboration with the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• Six years of total intelligence analyst experience in DoD or IC.
• Three years OSINT/PAI exploitation experience supporting special operations, targeting, HUMINT lead development.
• Two years experience with digital signature reduction.
• Advanced proficiency in all-source intelligence tools and analytic methods.
• Advanced OSINT/PAI tool proficiency and understanding of digital information environment.
• Strong understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.

CGS is seeking a skilledOSINT/PAI Targeting Analysttoconduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targetingusing publicly available and commercially available data sources.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications andwarningsthreat estimates.

• Fuse publicly available andcommercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum ofsix(6) years of total experienceas an intelligence analyst within the

DoD or the Intelligence Community.

• Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development. Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred. (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e.reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalentexperience).

• Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction.

• Advancedproficiencyin the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targetingmethodology.

• Advancedproficiencywith the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research andmethodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources).

• Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy.

• Superior written communications skills andproficiencywith the Microsoft Office suite of applications.

• Superior verbal briefing skills, withdemonstratedhistory of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above.

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
