Job summary

EverWatch Corporation is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist in Annapolis MD to design and conduct data-driven assessments of IC capabilities. You will triage intelligence gaps, log cross-domain transfers, and produce metrics and briefings for senior stakeholders.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, a Bachelor’s with extensive experience or a Master’s with years of related work. You’ll work on complex missions with opportunities to learn and grow within a mission-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing intelligence management and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists supporting intelligence operations.
• Experience building and maintaining databases, managing RFIs, producing metrics, graphics, and briefings, and supporting mission management functions.
• Experience supporting intelligence dissemination and cross-domain data transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. and allied systems.
• Experience maintaining records, tracking documentation, managing staff packages, and supporting controlled access, intelligence production, and information sharing activities.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, file directories, spreadsheets, and other document management tools to support operational requirements.
• Experience developing operating instructions, policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and document management.
• Experience coordinating meetings, video teleconferences, training records, and reporting requirements while supporting senior leadership and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct data-driven assessments of IC intelligence capabilities to identify root causes of gaps.
• Determine value of intelligence capabilities and recommend changes to improve mission relevance.
• Provide the right information at the right time to support policymakers and interagency teams.
• Support data transfers between cross-domain networks and ensure accurate logging and documentation.
